This circuit is capable of adding and subtracting 2 nibbles. The default mechanism of this circuit is addition and in order to allow it to be able to subtract you have to turn it on via the DIP switch that is connected to the white LED. The 4 red LEDS will indicate the answer of the 2 nibbles from left to right; left being the MSB and right being the LSB.
